On 4th & 5th December between the hours of 9am and 5pm there will be essential maintenance works carried out at Victoria Centre flats. This will result in some flats detailed below having no supply of heating or hot water during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding whilst these essential works are carried out to ensure a safe consistent supply going forward.

On the Thursday 4th December 2025 works will leave flats 4-24 to 19-24 inclusive, without heating or hot water on the day.

On the Friday 5th December 2025 works will leave flats 4-09 to 16-09 inclusive, without heating or hot water on the day.
