Payment methods vary depending on the type of pre-payment device you have and where you live. Online payments are available to customers where Enviroenergy eemonitors are fitted. If you have a card meter, you may be able to top up your at:

  • A local PayPoint outlet
  • Vending unit
  • Point of Sale unit
  • At a local cash office

Paypoint
There are over 24,000 Paypoint terminals located in convenience stores, newsagents, off-licences, supermarkets and garage forecourts across the UK. Simply take your Paypoint cards to one of these outlets to top up your meter by cash or card.

Quarterly Bill Payments
You can pay your quarterly bill by making a card payment over the phone or by setting up a standing order mandate. Should you wish to discuss a payment plan, please call EnviroEnergy on 0115 955 6677 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
